Jessica, aka Mama Doula, has served over 150 families in the Seattle area. She provides postpartum care services and has worked with babies and elders since having her own child. Birth professionals are a tightly woven network; allow Mama Doula to be your guide to the Seattle\u2019s wealth of parent & baby resources.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a <\/span>\n Professionally trained Chef<\/a>, Seattle Family Chef prepares warm, nutritious meals in homes and remotely from a commercial kitchen with delivery. Feeding families and the preparation of Lactogenic foods is her specialty; foods to ensure healing and recovery from childbirth and promote lactation in lactating parents and mothers.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Assistance with ADL\u2019s, activities of daily living. Light housekeeping, laundry, grooming, toileting, bathing, dressing, lifts and transfers, meal preparation, medication reminders and medication delegation under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Transportation to attend appointments or do errands.
